PLEASE NOTE:
Payment for service is required by the 15th of each month.
Accounts with sixty day balances will automatically be stopped and a $20.00 restart fee will be added to the balance due in order to resume service.
Billing
NVSS bills monthly, one month in advance or one month in arrears.
Deposits
One month's advance deposit is required to start service.
Non-Payment
All customers will receive 3 overdue notices. First: Account is delinquent. Second: Service has been stopped. Third: Account will go to collections. There is a $20 restart fee plus 2 months advance deposit and payment in full.
Cancellation Policy
Customers are responsible for all charges until customer stops service.
Renters
Landlord's name and phone number must be provided when arranging service.
